Rosemary Village 400 W. Rosemary St. Chapel Hill, NC 27516
Goal: To build a 40,000+ square foot mixed use project in Downtown Chapel Hill. 80% of the commercial and residential units to have street level entrances and 90% of the residential units have rooftop terraces.

Challenges: Building 4 seperate buildings on 0.75 acres while maintaining daily traffic on the second busiest thorofare in Chapel Hill. We had to install storm drainage containment and cleaning systems underground.

Success: Rosemary Village commercial and residential units sold out within a couple months of completion

Reflection: Rosemary Village was the first of many mixed use, primarily residential condo projects slated for Chapel Hill. This project eased Chapel Hill into the idea of upscale dense urban development.
