The Custom Home Building Process: Initial Orientation

This initial meeting allows you to get to know Build Ex, our team members, and our homes as well as determine what your goals are regarding your new home. During these initial discussions, you will meet your home building team. You will also see previously completed Build Ex homes as well as homes in progress. In addition, we will encourage you to speak with previous custom home clients. Speaking with previous clients in the best way to determine how good your home builder really is.

We will also determine what you are looking for in your new home. Depending on how much detail you have, we can also give you a very good estimate of the approximate cost. We can also give you a good idea of approximate start and completion dates.
